My Song of Redeeming Love

I have felt to sing of redeeming love

spoken of by a prophet of God.

May I continue to sing it as long as I live,

till the day that I leave this world.

To sing of such love, I always have felt;

to have faith in his sacrifice.

To accept his great gift – to never forget,

a desire throughout all my life.

May the choices I make, always reflect

the song I have chosen to sing.

To give to another, to serve those on earth –

be a song as an angel on wing.

A mighty change has been wrought in my heart;

of God, I’ve been spiritually born.

May I sing my song of redeeming love

until resurrection morn.
